Yes. Heating, ventilation and the motorised recline run off a standard mains adapter supplied in the box. The seat itself, the swivel and the bolsters work without power.
Worldwide. Delivery takes 7 days and every order is tracked. Outside the EU, duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout so nothing is charged on arrival.
Four bolts between the seat and the base, tool included. Around ten minutes on your own, faster with a second pair of hands since the seat is heavy.
Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it at our cost. You keep the tracking link and we handle the carrier.
